HEDLEY

WITH SPECIAL GUESTS:

BOYS LIKE GIRLS
STEREOS
FEFE DOBSON

Hedley, Vancouver’s multi-platinum power pop-rockers have announced today that they are heading out on a cross-Canada tour kicking off in Penticton, BC on March 22nd  and ending up in St. John’s, NL on April 19th.  Special guests Fefe Dobson and Stereos will join them on the road for all dates, Faber Drive for select dates, and US chart-toppers Boys Like Girls will be on the bill from Calgary on March 28th to Quebec City on April 10th.

Hedley are also pleased to announce the release of their third studio album, The Show Must Go (Universal Music Canada) on November 17, featuring the hit singles Cha-Ching and Don’t Talk to Strangers.

The Show Must Go is poised to attain the same level of success as Hedley’s previous double platinum selling and JUNO nominated albums, Famous Last Words (2007) and Hedley (2005), but, is by no means a carbon-copy.  Hedley have grown personally and professionally over the years and as a result so has their music.  The Show Must Go is a natural evolution of the Hedley sound and for the first time sees the band experimenting with electro-beats and rap-vocals without sacrificing their distinctive edge.

“Staying current has always been very important to us and growing with our fans as well,” says Jacob Hoggard. “We don’t want to alienate people with left-turns in our music, but we also don’t want to stagnate. I need to challenge myself and change things up.”

The Show Must Go features tracks crafted by four talented producers; Goldfinger’s John Feldman (The Used, Story of the Year), Dave Genn (Matthew Good Band), industry veteran David Bendeth (Paramore, Breaking Benjamin) and long-time collaborator Brian Howes (Hinder, Daughtry), who won a 2007 Producer of the Year Juno Award for his work on Hedley’s debut.

Hedley is also offering their fans the opportunity to purchase special VIP packages starting November 17th.  The "Amazing" VIP Experience includes great seats, a meet and greet with the band, exclusive merchandise items including a custom cell phone skin, and access to a series of special video messages from the band.  For full details and other package options, visit www.hedleyvip.com.
